Culvert Pipes
Within Bloody Point, the expense of culvert pipes and installation are to be borne by the Builder. Bloody Point must approve all culvert installations prior to actual installation. The contractor is responsible for repairing any and all damage to common property and must repair roadside grass, drainage and any other common areas that are altered during construction. |
