The above Schedule of Penalties potentially applicable to this project has been reviewed and is acknowledged by my / our signature below.

All Penalties incurred may be charged against the Escrow Deposit. Any additional balance due must be paid within seven (7) days of notification. The Bloody Point Certificate of Completion will not be issued until such time as the outstanding balance of Penalties Due is paid in full. Payment of Penalties shall not relieve the Owner and / or Builder from complying with the specific terms of the Building
