Welcome to the Bloody Point Property Owner’s Association website! We hope this website will enable all of our property owners to have the information they need to be as well informed as they would like to be. We intend to have a quarterly newsletter incorporated into the website, information about the ongoing work of the Master Plan of the Daufuskie Resort, and information regarding our beach stabilization program.

We encourage comments and recommendations regarding the site with an eye toward its constant improvement. We also encourage any information you have that you think might be interesting to our property owners.
